Their ability to align themselves solely with their stated values and their action plans is impressive. It is what makes them successful and what draws people to leverage a Ford over other vehicles. Bringing squads of top individuals in their respective fields together to cre ate and develop a vehicle like no other is one way that Ford aligns itself with its pith values and its action plan.
